Jack’s Famous Italian Spaghetti
1 pkg. of spaghetti
½ pound ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 giant can of tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
1-2 cans tomato paste
Italian seasonings: oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, etc. to taste
Salt to taste
1 can olives
1 can mushrooms
Cook meat until brown.
Simmer meat, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and paste, garlic, for about 1 hour.
Stir regularly so as not to scorch.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook spaghetti as directed on the box.
Yield: Makes 6 to 8 Servings.
