Guacamole
Guacamole
3 avocados
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
¼ bunch cilantro, chopped (optional)
Cut avocado in ½, discard seed. Dice avocado inside shell and spoon into bowl. Add lime juice, garlic salt and onion salt to avocados. Use fork or pastry chopper to mash avocado to desired consistency (I like to leave mine a little chunky).
Stir in jalapeno and cilantro, if desired. Add additional salt and/or lime juice to taste.
